Daisy chain

We're making a daisy chain based on the ideas in the first post of this blog 'in our classroom'.

Every daisy has an adjective or describing word drawn on it.
 
The words describe everyone in our class.









Cross curricular links to literacy:  If you look very carefully and take the first letter of every word (or the second in some cases!)  the letters spell 'loveable' and 'special'.  

This is found in ACROSTIC poems where if you take the first letter of every line it spells a word.  

(We used a bit of poetic licence here and used the second letter of some words.)

Here is an example of an acrostic poem.  Can you see the word it spells?
